Order handling fees
Order handling fees cover the internal processing, administration, and logistics activities required to manage your orders efficiently. These charges help offset fixed costs such as order entry, documentation, packing, and coordination with warehouses and carriers, and they may apply in addition to product prices, freight charges, and other service fees.
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, an order handling fee may be applied per purchase order, per shipment, or per line item, depending on order size and structure. Fees can vary by division (aviation, maritime, electronics), shipping method, and destination, and may differ for standard, express, and AOG or other time‑critical orders. Any applicable handling fees are stated in our quotations, order confirmations, or current price lists so you can review them before placing an order.
For very small orders, minimum order value and/or a fixed handling charge may apply to cover the cost of processing, packaging, and documentation. Additional handling fees may also be charged for special requirements such as export documentation, dangerous goods preparation, temperature‑controlled packing, or consolidated shipments, where these services are requested or required.
Order handling fees are non‑refundable once an order has entered processing, even if you later reduce quantities or cancel non‑special items, unless we agree otherwise in writing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the applicable handling fees communicated by our sales team or shown in the relevant quotation or agreement.
