Products and services
These Products and Services terms describe the general conditions that apply when you purchase any goods or services from BOND47, including aviation, maritime, and electronics offerings. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions for Customers and any specific commercial agreement, quotation, or contract issued for an individual order. By placing an order, you agree that these provisions form part of our contract.
Product information and availability
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and availability information for all products and services offered. However, technical data, certification status, and stock levels may change without prior notice, and items remain subject to prior sale. BOND47 reserves the right to discontinue, replace, or modify products and services, or to offer equivalent alternatives where appropriate, provided that the core performance and regulatory requirements are maintained.
Use, installation, and compatibility
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products must be installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the original manufacturer’s instructions, applicable regulations, and good industry practice. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility of products and services with its own equipment, systems, and operational requirements. Any modification, integration, or use outside approved conditions is at the customer’s own risk and may affect warranty, certification, and liability.
Services scope and performance
Services such as logistics, storage, repair coordination, technical support, or other value‑added activities are provided on the basis of the scope defined in the relevant quotation, order confirmation, or contract. BOND47 will exercise reasonable skill and care in performing these services but does not guarantee specific outcomes or performance results unless expressly agreed in writing. The customer remains responsible for operational decisions and for providing accurate, timely information necessary for service delivery.
Changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
Requested changes to product specifications, quantities, delivery dates, or service scope must be agreed in writing and may affect price, lead time, and feasibility. Cancellations or rescheduling of products and services may be subject to charges to cover work already performed, commitments to suppliers, and other reasonable costs. Certain products and services, including special‑order items or time‑critical logistics, may be non‑cancellable and non‑refundable once confirmed.
Intellectual property and software
Any intellectual property rights, including software, documentation, drawings, or know‑how provided in connection with products or services, remain the property of BOND47 or its licensors. The customer receives only the limited rights of use expressly granted in the documentation or contract and must not copy, reverse engineer, or disclose such materials except as permitted by applicable law or written agreement. Software may be subject to separate license terms that prevail over these general provisions in case of conflict.
Third‑party products and services
Some products and services may be supplied by or in cooperation with third‑party manufacturers, service providers, or logistics partners. In such cases, the customer agrees that any third‑party terms that are mandatory for the use of those products or services will apply in addition to these terms. BOND47 will pass through relevant warranties and documentation where possible but is not responsible for obligations that lie solely with the third party under applicable law.
Compliance and restrictions
Certain products and services may be subject to regulatory, safety, or export‑control restrictions that limit where, how, and by whom they may be used. The customer is responsible for ensuring that its use, resale, or transfer of products and services complies with all applicable laws and restrictions. BOND47 may decline or suspend delivery where compliance cannot be reasonably assured or where legal or ethical concerns arise.
